How To Create A Contact Us Form Page In Blogger

• First of all, log in to your Blogger Blog.

• After that, go to Dashboard and click on Layout.

• Now click on + Add a Gadget.
• After clicking on + Add a Gadget a page will PopUp.

• Then click on Contact Form.
• Now in the page that opens in front of you, do the settings as given below. Just like the one given in the screenshot below.

1. Enable Show this widget.
2. Write Contact Form in the title.
3. Then click on Save at last.

Now the Contact Us Form page has been created in your blog. But now you have to add the Contact Us Form Page to your blog.

How to add Contact Us Form Page in Blogger ?

After creating the Contact Us Form Page in Blogger you will have to add it by going to Layout, then it will appear on your blog, information about it is also given below with the image, follow it. 

• First of all go to the Dashboard of Blogger Blog.

• Go to Dashboard and go to Layout. In Layout, go to +add a Gadget on the side where you want to add the Contact Us Form Page.

• As soon as you click on +add a Gadget, all the gadgets of Blogger will be shown in front of you, in which you have to click on Pages.

• After clicking on Pages, a page will open in front of you like the screenshot shared below, in that

1. Enable Show this Widget.
2. You can write Pages in the Title, otherwise leave it blank.
3. When you click on Add a New Item, add the Contact Us Form Page you have created.
4. Now at last click on Save.

Now the page which was open will close and lastly save the layout settings.
